Filipa Pato Dynamic White 2023, 75cl
Filipa Pato
Bright straw yellow color with greenish edge, good viscosity. On the nose it has aromas of pear (typical of the Bical grape) with some suggestions of iodine and a certain spice (thyme and rosemary).
In the mouth it is refined, creamy, relatively smooth and with a lot of minerality, a kind of salinity due to the typical Atlantic climate. On the palate it is fruity and the aftertaste is dry and refreshing, with a persistent acidity.
